New Governance Module

The Church Organiser now has an additional tool designed to help you with your PCC and APCM meetings along with the regular tasks that your church has to complete.

Next Steps

Once your account has been updated to receive the Governance module then follow these steps to start benefiting from the new tools

1) Setup your PCCs - when you access the Governance module it will require you to setup your PCCs and select which churches belong to your PCC (you can have multiple PCCs on your account)

2) Add PCC members by going to People > Add Adult and selecting PCC Member as their contact type

3) Schedule your next PCC meeting

  • Book a room for your PCC if you have room booking setup on your Church Organiser account
  • Add your own tasks to the PCC meeting in addition to the standard ones
  • Assign tasks to different PCC members

5) Assign regular tasks to PCC members (and create your own)
